Will-Call Propane Delivery

Order propane when you need it. Fast dispatch, honest pricing, and local drivers who know how to find your tank.

How Will-Call Works

With our will-call delivery service, you monitor your own tank gauge and call us when it reaches about 30%. We'll dispatch a truck to fill you up.

  • 1.Keep an eye on your tank gauge (under the dome on top of your tank).
  • 2.When it hits 30%, give us a call and confirm the available delivery window.
  • 3.Confirm tank ownership, access instructions and the agreed delivery arrangements.

Important Note on Empty Tanks

If your tank runs completely out, tell the supplier before arranging a refill. PERC advises that a qualified professional must inspect an empty-tank system. Do not relight appliances or restore gas flow yourself; confirm the required steps and any charges directly.

Plan a Will-Call Delivery

Choose the ordering method that fits your household

Will-call puts the ordering decision in your hands: you check the gauge and request each fill. It can suit a household that reliably monitors usage, but the gauge does not predict how long fuel will last. Weather, occupancy and appliance use can change consumption between checks. Compare this option with automatic propane delivery if remembering to order is difficult.

A refill is not a repair appointment. If an appliance stops working while the tank still contains fuel, describe the problem rather than assuming a delivery will solve it. For a completely empty tank, read the out-of-propane guidance before attempting to restart anything.

Have these details ready when you call

Provide the delivery address, a reachable phone number, tank size if known, current gauge reading and whether you own or lease the tank. Describe how the truck reaches the property: gates, animals, narrow entrances, steep surfaces, construction or a driveway that is not visible from the road. Tell dispatch if the tank is unfamiliar or belongs to another supplier; do not assume it can be filled.

Ask for the available delivery window, any minimum order, the quoted price and applicable charges. Clarify whether someone needs to be present and where the driver should find the tank. A request is not a confirmed delivery appointment until the arrangements have been agreed.

Keep access practical without working on the system

Make the route and tank location easy to identify, and discuss snow, ice or unstable ground before delivery day. Do not move a tank, adjust a regulator or disconnect piping to improve access. Follow the winter tank preparation guide for planning, and ask the supplier about any unsafe access condition.

For budgeting, compare the full delivery quote rather than only the per-gallon figure. Gallons delivered, order size, account terms and any disclosed service charges affect the total. Explore the residential service options or return to the service overview if you need a different type of help.

To discuss your property, call (719) 660-6081. Confirm availability, the quoted scope and any applicable terms directly. The contact page also lists the existing email option and the details to have ready.

Plan a Will-Call Delivery: Questions

Does sending a request reserve a delivery time?
No. Confirm the delivery window and any access or account requirements directly with the supplier. Do not plan around an unconfirmed date, particularly when the tank is low.
What if I do not know my tank size?
Tell dispatch that the size is unknown. A tank label, prior invoice or information from the tank owner may help identify it. Do not guess or approach damaged equipment to obtain details.
Can a leased tank be filled by a different supplier?
Do not assume so. Identify the tank owner and discuss the lease and permission to fill before ordering. Contract terms and supplier authorization need to be checked for that particular tank.
Should I relight appliances after the tank runs empty?
Do not restart the system yourself. PERC advises that an empty-tank system must be inspected by a qualified professional. Tell the supplier it is a run-out, not a routine refill.
