Emergency night propane delivery

Emergency Propane Service

Our emergency phone is answered 24/7. If you are out of propane, call to confirm available delivery arrangements; immediate dispatch or same-day delivery is not guaranteed. For a suspected gas leak, leave the affected area and call 911 from a safe location first. Do not wait for an email or online form response.

Choose the Right First Action

If you smell gas or suspect a leak, leave the affected area and call 911 or the fire department from a safe location. Do not wait for a delivery request to be processed. The propane safety guide addresses that safety situation; arranging fuel is a separate task.

If the tank is empty without a suspected leak, follow the run-out guidance and tell the supplier that gas service has been interrupted. Do not restart appliances yourself. Inspection and safe restoration need a qualified professional, not only another fill of the tank.

Same-day delivery information is relevant when asking about urgent fuel availability. Confirm the actual delivery window and access arrangements by phone; this page does not reserve a truck or promise an arrival time. For routine ordering and tank questions, use the service overview.

If You Smell Gas

  1. Put out all smoking materials and open flames immediately.
  2. Do not operate lights, appliances, telephones, or cell phones.
  3. Get everyone out of the building or area immediately.
  4. Turn off the main gas supply valve on your propane tank if it is safe to do so.
  5. Report the leak from a neighbor's home or other building away from the gas leak. Call us at (719) 660-6081 or call 911.
  6. Do not return to the building until an emergency responder says it is safe.

If You Are Out of Propane

Running out of gas isn't just inconvenient; it can be dangerous during a Colorado winter.

  • Call our emergency line immediately.
  • Close the service valve on the propane tank.
  • Turn off all appliance valves.
  • Note: PERC advises that a qualified professional must inspect an empty-tank system. Do not restart it yourself; confirm inspection and restoration arrangements with the supplier.
