Why Customers Choose Brothers

Two dedicated phone lines — when you run out at 5 AM in January, you need a line that picks up. We keep backup numbers so you always reach a real person.
Same-day emergency dispatch — if your tank hits empty, we prioritize getting a truck to you the same day, not the next available slot.
Full-service tank program — we handle permits, installation, inspections, and maintenance so you don't deal with the paperwork.
Automatic delivery monitoring — we track degree days and your tank history so you never have to think about when to reorder.

Questions to Ask Any Propane Company

"Do you charge a hazmat or delivery surcharge on top of the per-gallon price?"
"What is your same-day emergency delivery policy when I run out?"
"Do you have a second phone number if your main line is busy?"
"Is your automatic delivery program truly monitored, or just calendar-based?"
"Can you handle my rural dirt road address on a regular schedule?"
"Who handles permitting if I need a new tank installed?"

A note on this comparison: We've done our best to be accurate and fair. All American Propane is a local company and a legitimate option for Elbert County customers. This page is meant to help you make an informed decision — not to disparage our neighbors. If anything here is outdated, let us know.
